Social Media & Campus Ambassador Experience

From 2022 to 2025, I have worked as a campus ambassador and PR officer for Advantech, Cake, Skyline, and the NTNU English Department, planning social campaigns, creating Instagram posts, stories, and reels, and hosting on-campus activities that connect brands with students.

2022.7 – 2023.6 NTNU English Dept. PR Officer

As the PR Officer for the NTNU English Department, I was responsible for the department's social media visual identity, from event announcements to sponsor highlights.

  • Designed cohesive post templates for campaigns such as SnowENG Wonderland and English Night countdowns.
  • Created sponsor spotlight posts to showcase collaborating brands and supporters.
  • Balanced friendly, student-centered visuals with clear information hierarchy to drive event awareness and sign-ups.
  • Results: during my term, Facebook followers reached 3,612 (+30.5%) and Instagram followers reached 9,578 (+6.9%), with page views growing to 1,077 on Facebook and around 13k on Instagram (+99.8%).

2023.10 – 2024.3 Skyline Campus Ambassador

At Skyline, I focused on Instagram Stories that turned abstract topics—career planning, time management, and self-reflection— into swipeable, easy-to-digest content.

  • Produced interactive story series with quizzes and polls to keep students engaged from the first to the last slide.
  • Structured content around clear key takeaways so students could quickly apply the tips to their own lives.
  • Maintained a warm, editorial visual style aligned with Skyline's brand while keeping information concise.
  • Results: Skyline's limited-time story missions each reached roughly 2,000–2,600 accounts with strong completion and interaction, demonstrating that educational content can still perform well on social media.

2024.2 – 2024.12 Cake Taiwan Campus Ambassador

For Cake Taiwan, I created Instagram Stories and event promotional materials to support online talks and collaborations with study-abroad mentors.

  • Designed story flows that clarified event topics—such as UK Master's application strategies—step by step.
  • Highlighted key details (speaker intro, time, format, registration link) with bold CTA blocks to encourage sign-ups.
  • Collaborated with other ambassadors to coordinate offline activities and share event recaps on social media.
  • Results: hosted two online talks promoted via Instagram, each attracting 30+ participants, turning social reach into actual event attendance.

2024.6 – 2025.4 Advantech Taiwan Campus Ambassador

As an Advantech Taiwan Campus Ambassador, I create Instagram posts, reels, and on-site event content that showcase company culture and internship opportunities.

  • Shot and edited short interview-style reels and street interviews to introduce Advantech's programs in a friendly way.
  • Helped host campus activities and info sessions, aligning on-site experience with online communication.
  • Used carousels and captions to clearly explain program benefits while keeping a light, approachable tone for students.
  • Results: key recruitment Instagram Reels achieved over 8,000 views, and I co-hosted on-campus events with 100+ attendees, strengthening Advantech's presence among students.
